HARRY J. ENNS WETLAND DISCOVERY CENTRE & DUCKS UNLIMITED CANADA HEADQUARTERS

At the Harry J. Enns Wetland Discovery Center and the national headquarters for Ducks Unlimited Canada, we assisted with electrical upgrades throughout the facility including a refurbished cafe, new event and conference center, and modernized exhibit spaces. This upgrade included an emergency generator, new fire pumps and transfer switches, as well as an Acuity/nLight intelligent lighting package, new electric heat package and controls, and a new voice/data system.

This impressive 11 story high rise build was one we were thrilled to be a part of. Holding 227 luxury suites, penthouses, and a parkade is not all this building has to offer, but also a fitness and gym center, yoga studio, and luxurious lounge area. We completed base building CRU accommodations, installed a 200KW emergency generator, 2000A, 600/347v service, and high rise building life safety systems.

Buffalo Crossing at Fort Whyte Alive is Manitoba's first "Passive House", a building guided by zero carbon standards. This new build had complete electrical installation done by P4, including a 1200A 120/208v distribution, LED lighting with nLight controls, and audio visual system wiring. The parking lot was fitted with LED lamps, IPLC parking plugs, and electric vehicle charging stations. Additionally, fire and intrusion alarm systems, a complete certified voice/data system (including 70 data drops and 2 data racks), interior/exterior CCTV, and interior/exterior access control systems were added.

We completed a total electrical system replacement, including a new 2000A 600v distribution, and new fire alarm system. This project also included new LED lighting and controls, 400 drop certified data install, intrusion alarm, CCTV, access control, and AV system.
ADO AKI WYNDHAM GARDEN HOTEL

This brand new 132 unit hotel is located on Long Plains First Nations land. Complete with a restaurant, cafe, sports lounge, event center, and an indoor pool. We completed a new 1600A 600v 3 phase service, new fire alarm and CCTV systems, and door access.

We completed work on a brand new distribution, fire alarm, life safety system, and heating. We also added a computerized dimming LED system which works to control all of the lighting completed on the project.

This project is a 119 Unit Manitoba Housing Condominium, where we completed work on their renovation project.
Our work included a 2000A 208v 3 phase service, 200KW back up generator with transfer switch to life safety system, 50HP fire pump, and a new fire alarm system.

We completed work on conveyor line control systems, 132 belt drive motors, 175 motor control devices, 3 motor control panels complete with HMI, 32,000 ft. of rigid metal conduit, 18,000 ft. of EMT conduit, and 230 kilometers of T90 wire.

We completed work on this 10450 sq. meter bakery, complete with 2000A, 347/600v distribution. We also included T5 lighting, fire and life safety systems, refrigeration hook ups, roof top heating, complete voice/data system, security card access system, and a complete process equipment system including all control wiring.

This project consisted of a three-story hotel with a full basement, which included geo thermal heat, lighting, distribution, fire alarm, and wiring to 68 units, as well as a high end door access and communication system.
